Day Three- 50 Shades Of Purple

No not the book, don't even talk to me about reading, I have the attention span of a house brick today. Just counting to 12 at bootcamp was a challenge. Not to mention having the aerobic energy of a 70 year old lazy sloth.




Now the ketostix and the colour purple. To put it bluntly it's a stick you wee on to measure the ketones bla bla bla. Just like a pregnancy test, the info on that stick can be fantastic or FML news. With Ketostix if the stick is dark purple you're well on the road to skinny town. So today we will start the stick test, stay tuned, a potential tantrum awaits.





While on the topic of #1's. Is 20,000 times in one day too much to be ducking to the loo? While indeed not ladylike or chic by any means, practicality wise, if my office chair was a toilet at the moment my productivity levels would be through the roof! Just sayin'.


STRATEGY TIP FOR THE DAY:
DAILY RANT:Right, Woolworths Online. Get your sh!t together. At no point in life did I ever think I would throw a tanty about flavoured kanga bangers. EXCEPT when all day you fantasise about eating that for dinner only to discover the muppets at Woolworths have packed flavoured bangers that you CANT $%^#ing EAT!!!! So sloppy eggs and a banana protein shake it was, which trust me, is not so tasty when it comes back up. VOM. This diet better be working. Jan, I'm not happy. 


Sessions: OBC + Bikram Yoga
Mood status: sometimes 10 sometimes -10.. am I going through menopause?
Death Toll: near miss... Don't crunch your apple in my $#@%ing ear! Please!
Craving: Considering this morning at OBC the grass looked delicious I don't know that my cravings are reliable or just my body messing with me on a whole other level
Plumbing Status: regular like clockwork, thanks for asking

Breakfast:
Protein Shake and supplements 

Morning Tea:
Protein Shake

Lunch:
Ham and Turkey (it was meant to be left over kanga bangers but we all know why its not)

Dinner:
Planned: Turkey Meatloaf
Actual: slopped together omelette while cursing how long that meatloaf takes to cook...

Dessert:
Greek Yogurt and Protein Powder.
